The hum of quiet conversations drifts through spacious, softly lit rooms that balance openness with intimate corners, allowing visitors to settle into their own rhythms comfortably. Whether you arrive early or later in the day, the calm pace encourages lingering, the kind that turns a meal into an experience worth remembering.
The restaurant’s Indonesian heart beats through its thoughtfully crafted menu, where familiar dishes take on a warm, homely quality. You might find yourself drawn to the gentle zest of the Gurame Asam Manis or the playful heat of Tahu Lada Garam—each plate carrying subtle nods to tradition alongside touches of creative flair. This is a place that honors its roots while inviting a little curiosity, offering everything from hearty soups to satisfying grilled dishes, alongside refreshing drinks to complement the meal’s natural rhythms.
Oemah Resto’s welcoming atmosphere is deepened by its attention to detail—like the choice between smoke-friendly and smoke-free sections, or the rare convenience of a private lift opening onto a cozy second-floor dining space perfect for gatherings both intimate and celebratory. These touches create a setting where family ties, friendly catch-ups, and casual office meals unfold with ease.
This isn’t just a restaurant to eat quickly and move on. It’s a place where the pace softens, where the aroma of spices mingles with quiet laughter, and where each visit feels like a personal discovery woven into the fabric of Cempaka Putih itself.

The service is good, the food is all delicious, especially the nasi liwet, which is savory and has a great taste, the atmosphere is comfortable, even though it's a bit pricey, it's all worth buying.

The food is delicious, there are various choices of fish dishes, fried rice, rib soup, or rice packages. There are plenty of drink and dessert options too. The menu choices are typical Indonesian food, complete with variations of chili sauce and vegetables. The atmosphere of the place is also good, you can choose a smoking or non-smoking area, and can be booked for family or office events.

We arrived in the late afternoon for lunch at the restaurant. Parking is limited, but the restaurant is spacious and has a second floor accessible by elevator or stairs. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and our orders were correct. We ordered fuyunghai, cah kangkung, fried shrimp with salted egg, a complete package of fried chicken, and warm and iced sweet tea. There are clean toilets and washbasins with soap and tissue. The food tasted bland, and was served cold, making it less enjoyable. Thank you.

Oemah restaurant is one of the finest restaurant in Cempaka Putih... The beef Rica Rica is tasty and not spicy... The oemah fried noodles is tasty and full of spices,Indonesian style... The ice is soft... The ice tea is standard... They also had private lift for 4 persons to reach the second floor... Which is small ballroom for events... Service is kinda wait but polite... Atmosphere is like in luxury house that's turned into restaurant...

One of the best Indonesian restaurants in Central Jakarta. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The staffs are polite and attentive. The food is amazing!!! Price is reasonable for the quality and quantity. Everything was cooked perfectly.

nasi goreng jawa lack spices. Kung Pao chicken strong taste from ginger. kakap asam manis, and sop kepiting is ok. The ambience is good. But parking lot is limited. They have big hall at second floor to held special occasions.
